On September 18, 2008, Our club President presented a check to Laurie Maiman, who is a member of the Towson University Circle K , for her assistance in getting our Web Site up and running successfully.



On September 18, 2008, Richard McCleary presented  a check to Mr. & Mrs. Zinkman to assist them in their efforts to make Baltimore Area Special Hockey, Inc. a reality. The group offers an ice hockey program for both children and adults with a brain injury or developmental disability such as Autism and Down's syndrome.


In the October 22, 2008 Towson Times on page 34, a short paragraph outlined a check we gave to Villa Maria. The check was for specific requests which included basketball uniforms, bicycle racks, bicycle helmets, a new computer and software and a new washer and dryer. President Richard McCleary and Immediate Past President Tony Cummings presented the check to MaryLee Saarbach the schools volunteer services coordinator. 



On September 23, 2008, Richard McCleary and Morry Wexler, presented a $4362.00 check to Mr. Patrick S. McCusker, the Principal of Dulaney High School, to purchase 3 LCD projectors. Morry Wexler has been the Kiwanis advisor since 1985. Pam Fisher and Karen Turek, the school's Key club advisors, also attended along with several of the Key Club members.
